Leading the Project D team is CEO and co-founder Jose R. Martinez. Additionally, Mr. Martinez has traveled extensively throughout southeast Europe and beyond, identifying business and profit opportunities and developing projects and strategic partnerships. He is a former principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Senior Infrastructure Architect with over 23 years experience in technology as both a practitioner and independent consultant. For the last 12 years his focus has been on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) architecture, frameworks, and adherence to key compliance frameworks inclusive of Sarbanes-Oxley. Mr. Martinez has a BA in economics from University of San Francisco.

Co-founder and COO Lucia Ross is an executive management professional with demonstrated success developing and implementing marketing strategies that optimize program efficiencies on a global scale. She has over 20 years of experience in contract management, research/analysis, external and government affairs, and technical writing/editing for internal/external communications. Her aviation industry experience includes public relations and planning strategy program development within the Department of Homeland Security Office of Air and Marine. Ms. Ross has a BS in marketing and finance and an MS in environmental geography.
Richard Jennette

Richard Jennette has 17 years of international finance and accounting experience at the executive level in the healthcare, software, data management, aviation and financial services industries. Mr. Jennette has served as CFO for several companies, including PartsTechnik an international aerospace and aeronautical aircraft and parts leasing brokerage. Mr. Jennette's professional career has been balanced between the United States and Scandinavia, where he obtained both his bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration and EU law. He is a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and LEAN. He also holds the coveted Certified Business Manager designation, Certified Sarbanes Oxley Expert, Certified Hedge Fund Compliance Expert and is a QuickBooks Proadvisor.

Michelle Diaz is a supply chain management professional with over 10 years of experience in supply chain within aerospace distribution and medical instrument manufacturing. She has a proven track record of analyzing, improving, and transforming organizations and processes and delivering sustainable cost savings. Ms. Diaz has demonstrated her abilities in supplier performance, risk management, as well as inventory and warehouse management. She has initiated and developed strategic supplier relations with a full spectrum of domestic and international clients, including low cost regions such as China and India. Ms. Diaz attended Barry University obtaining a bachelor of science degree in business administration and a masters in public administration.

Dr. Ivonne van Sijtveld, M.D. has over 25 years of experience with the adult Neurology Team member for National Institute of Civilian Aviation (INAC), that provides comprehensive medical evaluation of aeronautical personnel. She is an adhoc professor in Neurology/Aeronautical medicine for Central University of Venezuela and a highly sought after public speaker. Dr. van Sijtveld is a member of titular de la Sociedad Venezolana de Neurologia and its current Treasurer. She is a graduate of the Central University of Venezuela (UCV ) , Caracas, Venezuela. She holds a Magister Scienciarum in Neurology (UCV), a Master of Neurophysiology - EEG (electroencephalography ), and a diploma in aviation medicine.
